Cheney joined Sangfor in 2016 as the team’s first dedicated international HCI product marketing manager, building the full go-to-market foundation for overseas markets and growing HCI into IMD’s largest, highest-revenue product line. After taking on aStor’s international product marketing in 2024, he now fully owns the global marketing strategy for the aStor storage portfolio.

Prior to Sangfor, Cheney served as a Storage Product Manager at Huawei, bringing strong technical and market insight to enterprise infrastructure solutions. A regular speaker at Sangfor’s global partner events, customer forums, and webinars, he focuses on translating complex technology into actionable business value for partners and enterprise customers worldwide.
